We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our business through the development and execution of paid and organic marketing campaigns and initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and manage full-funnel digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns across channels including, but not limited to, Meta and Google SEM/SEO
- Manage budget allocation and media buying to optimize for CAC and LTV
- Be able to create high-performing creative content for campaigns
- Own testing process for paid media channels to continue scaling customer acquisition while maintaining efficiency
- Own customer journey including working with internal and external development partners to develop site experiences (e.g. landing pages) that will improve acquisition efficiency and conversion
- Develop and analyze all campaigns for reporting and ROI optimization objectives
- Conduct customer and competitor research to inform basis for acquisition campaigns
- Develop/maintain an attribution model to understand efficiency of our media spend across channels
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record of driving results
- A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- Experience managing other performance marketing channels (YouTube, TikTok, etc.) beyond Meta / Google
- Knowledge of additional digital marketing tools (e.g. HotJar, A/B testing platforms)
- Highly analytical and good knowledge of Analytics tools (ex: Google Analytics, UTM tracking, GTM)
- Experience using design tools to develop creative, copy and messaging for paid campaigns
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and techniques
