I placed an order and received a lamp that was not working, sent them email took so long to reply back, finally they replied and asked for video proof of item not working. Sent it three times as I was asked a few times,Overall horrible customer service. I emailed them I was so frustrated already as I was getting nowhere with them I told them forget it at this point I’ll keep the non working Lamp as is too much of a hassle to keep sending videos several times of it not working. I didn’t even hear back from them. Will never purchase again. Zero stars if I could
This lamp is great. It is perfect for the bedroom and has a nice warm light. Very cozy. Buy it!
